The subscription has expired. What happens with the cloud storage and the data?
🌱 Answer
The cloud storage remains accessible for the assigned users in read-only mode. You can still download the data and save them to your local storage.
90 days after the expiration date, the cloud storage including the data will be removed.
When the cloud storage has been removed, the data cannot be recovered.
We have an issue granting access to GeoCloud Drive for users assigned to an expired account. We are working on granting you read-only access to expired GeoCloud Drive accounts.
The fix is expected to be available at the beginning of October 2024.
