I cannot access GeoCloud Drive although I am logged in
🤔 Problem
Although you are successfully signed in with your myWorld ID you cannot access the GeoCloud Drive with any application.
🌱 Solution
Most likely the myWorld ID is NOT assigned to a GeoCloud Drive subscription (EID) in myWorld.
Open myWorld in a web browser
Open the myWorld App “myProducts”
Search for the subscription “GeoCloud Drive”
Double-click on the subscription “GeoCloud Drive”
Scroll down to the section “User Assignment”
In case the myWorld ID is not listed here, press the button “Manage”
[You need to have User Admin - Company permissions to change the “User Assignment” of a subscription]Select the myWorld ID from the left column and assign it to the subscription by pressing the button “Add”
Save the new user assignment
The User Assignment can only be done with a myWorld ID, which has the User Admin - Company permission.
