💻 July 2026 Release new

This release brings Leica GS05 support to Fleet, live Captivate Software Version visibility across your fleet, and two new Protect capabilities for locating and recovering your TS20 instruments.

GS05 device support in Fleet

Available on web and mobile (registration via web only).

Your Leica GS05 can now be added to Fleet, alongside your TS20 instruments as a supported connected device with the same onboarding as the TS20. Note that the GS05 is not compatible with GeoCloud Protect.

Live Software Version

Available on web and mobile, for TS20 and GS05.

See the Captivate Software Version running on each of your instruments, TS20 and now GS05, directly in Fleet. No more guessing or on-site checks: if you manage several devices, this makes it easy to catch version mismatches before they cause compatibility issues, and gives Support a clear starting point when something's off.

For Protect Subscription

Play Sound Protect

Requires an active Protect subscription. Available on web and mobile.

Trigger a sound on your TS20 to pinpoint it down to the last metre. Useful when it's sitting among several similar instruments, and you need to identify the right one to get to work, or when it's been stolen and you're closing in on its location. Start or stop the sound anytime from Fleet.

Location on Demand Protect

Requires an active Protect subscription. Available on web and mobile.

Request a fresh location for your TS20 whenever you need one, instead of waiting for the next automatic update. Useful when a device has been sitting still for a while, or when you're trying to narrow down where a stolen instrument actually is.


🎉 GeoCloud Fleet – First Release

We are excited to introduce the first version of GeoCloud Fleet, the central place to manage your Leica TS20 instruments and access the GeoCloud Protect theft-deterrence service.

This first release introduces:

  • GeoCloud Fleet platform

  • GeoCloud Protect service with locating, locking, movement alerts, stolen mode and many other features

GeoCloud Fleet is available as a WebApp and as Mobile Apps for Android and iOS
