Exceeding the capabilities of a subscription
After removing one or more User Options or Data Options, it can happen that a subscription exceeds its capabilities in terms of assigned users or allowed data storage.
It is recommended to check the user assignment and the consumed storage before cancelling options.
📘 What happens if my subscription has more users assigned than allowed?
You cannot assign a user anymore unless you remove other users from the subscription.
📘 What happens if my subscription exceeds its storage capacity?
In case the storage capacity has been exceeded, you cannot create more content within all projects of this subscription. It is not possible to upload or synchronise data with the cloud storage. You can still access the data and download the content.
